We started using Gtek over 12 months ago to help support our business as the supplier we were using then could not keep up with the workload. After using Gtek for a few months we could see that they were able to help us not just with Hydraulic issues, servicing , breakdowns, but really anything do to with our Hiabs and were more than happy to look at issues with our Excavators too. We now only use Gtek as our main source of repair for all the business, this would include travelling to Bristol, Somerset to cover our workload there too. We would highly recommend GTek and can only see the relationship getting stronger over the coming years.
We are a privately owned company with a fleet in excess of 400 vehicles, we need service providers we can rely on and also trust to ensure minimum downtime and cost efficiency along with safety and legal compliance. We have been using GTEK for many years and I can say that when it comes to service they excellent and prompt, the service provided is personal and trustworthy, the costs are competitive. I usually deal with one engineer in particular “Dominic” who I can rely on to give me the correct information and advice as he is not only knowledgeable in his field but also he knows our vehicles and their characteristics which I believe helps him make a more informed decision enabling quick turnarounds and cost savings if and where possible.
